Ep62: Was it live…?

Aug 26, 2015 | Podcast episode, Podketeers

In this episode: In this episode we discuss an article that talks about how the author thinks Star Wars land is possibly ruining Disneyland, the art installation known as 'Dismaland' and we recap Javier's first trip to Disneyland in several years.

It’s official. Big Thunder Ranch is closing to make way for Star Wars land. The area is a little hidden gem away from the hustle and bustle of the general park area because it is where the special events for the holidays are held (i.e. pumpkin carving during Halloween time and egg decorating during Easter). If you’re a foodie, this was one of the best deals in the park because the BBQ was all you can eat.  So if you want to enjoy a great dinner (around $35 per adult) make sure you enjoy this part of Disneyland that will be going away next January.

The article by Rick West that we refer to in this episode is located at:

In short, yes! Javier finally returned to Disneyland on a family trip to celebrate his 10th Wedding Anniversary with his wife and kids. He recaps his experience staying at the Paradise Pier hotel, not having chicken at the Plaza Inn, the rides they rode, the character breakfast and more!

Don’t let an article from theme park adventure change you’re mind about star wars land, especially an article by Rick West . Stay happy and excited about the new land.
Mr. West’s expertise is haunt related events. Is the reason he is part of the scare L.A event. And that’s where his article topics belong.
