Trying to get through everything at the D23 Expo alone is a daunting task especially if you’re trying to shoot video and photos all while still trying to enjoy everything you’re seeing.  Here are some of the highlights. We got a fly-through of the new Star Wars themed land(s) coming to Disneyland and Magic Kingdom, they will be called ‘Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge’ and yes, even though it may sound like a cell phone name, it does look pretty sweet! Both lands are scheduled to open in 2019.

Sometimes you get lucky and get a chance to chat with legendary producer, Don Hahn!

Walt Disney World will be celebrating it’s 50th anniversary and Epcot is getting a bit of a face lift. It looks like the revamp will feature more of an education angle (of “edutainment” as some call it) for adults. The artist renderings currently don’t include Innoventions, though.

Guardians of the Galaxy will also have a presence at Epcot. Why? According to Star Lord, he went there as a child. The attraction will replace Ellen’s Energy Adventure in the former Universe of Energy pavilion.

Ratatouille is coming to the France pavilion in Epcot’s World Showcase! The new 4D attraction will shrink you down to Remy’s size and will be based on the existing attraction at Disneyland Paris.

One of the announcements that blew up Disney Twitter was the announcement of the Tron Lightcycle ride coming to Magic Kingdom. It will be similar to Shanghai Disneyland’s Tron Lightcycle Power Run.

More info soon!

Until next time! °o°
