A few weeks before her engagement photoshoot, Brooke Lowry, made a bold decision. After her fiance called off their wedding, Brooke decided to go through with her engagement photoshoot. The former Disney Television Animation employee stated that she did it because she didn’t want to be the victim and take charge of the situation.  In a quote to Cosmopolitan, Brook stated:

“What I have learned from all of this is even when it’s hard, you can be your own knight in shining armor,” she said. “You have the power to find beauty and make magic every day, for yourself and for others. Life is a fairy tale full of multiple once-upon-a-times and happily-ever-afters, and we all have magic within!”

Well done, Brooke! Your photos were amazing and are an inspiration for anyone that has been in a similar situation. Check out the photos below (taken by DPark Photography).

This video is a little bit of Pixar, a little bit Star Wars and a lot of awesome. The video was created by the “Darth Blender” team. Check it out below:

Some lucky people had a chance to to see Alan Menken perform a medley of his Disney classics at the 25th Anniversary screening of Beauty and the Beast. Awesome!

Until next time! °o°
